It is an itinerary designed entirely on asphalt, prioritizing the quality of riding, safety and enjoyment of the territory, connecting towns, mountain passes, river valleys and natural spaces of great value. Along the route, you pass iconic places and natural parks such as the Ebro Delta, the Ports and the Tinença de Benifassà, offering a varied and very complete experience. The main route has approximately 800 km and 12,000 m of climbing, and is designed to be completed in stages. Its planning is totally flexible and will depend both on the physical condition of each cyclist and on the difficulty and length of each section, allowing the route to be adapted to different levels, paces and objectives. To facilitate this adaptation, the proposal includes alternative connections that allow the main route to be shortened or reorganized according to the needs of each participant, making it accessible both for multi-day trips and shorter getaways. In addition, sectors are also made available in loop format, designed for single-day trips. These sectors allow you to get to know the different regions and their most characteristic points in a concentrated way, always maintaining the essence of the main route. Camins de l’Ebre Road is an open, flexible way to experience the region on the road, offering total freedom of planning and making the bicycle the central thread of an authentic, profound experience.
